How do I change my rate plan or my damage protection plan?

In the app:

1. Select Account at the bottom of the screen.

2. Under the PLAN section, select Rate Plan or Protection Plan.

3. Click on the button to modify your choice.

On the website:

1. Click on the Login button on your branch’s website.

2. Under the PLAN section, select Rate Plan or Protection Plan.

3. Click on the button to modify your choice. Please note that certain conditions apply (such as minimum durations) when it comes to making certain changes. Please consult the Rates section of your branch’s website to learn more.
