How do I start my trip once I have a reservation?

Once you’ve reserved a vehicle, here’s how you start your trip:

1) In the Communauto mobile app, click “Start trip” in your current reservation.

• No smartphone? Tap your key fob (or equivalent) on the reader.

2) The doors will unlock and your trip will start.

3) Retrieve the car key from its holder in the glove box.

• Keep it with you during your trip and return it to its holder at the end.
