What should I do if I find an item that another member left behind in a vehicle?

If the item is valuable, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.

If the item is not valuable, you can let us know by using the Report (damage, cleanliness) tool, available in the app or on our website.

We recommend leaving the item in a safe place inside the vehicle: small items can be left in the glovebox and larger items can be stored in the trunk.
