What should I do if I notice existing damage at the start of my trip?
If you notice damage that prevents you from using the car, or could impact another user, please contact us by phone right away.
If the damage is less serious, please use the reporting tool in the app or on the website to let us know. Before contacting us, please check on the vehicle status sheet in the glove box to see if this damage is already recorded. If this is the case, you do not have to report it again.
It is not necessary to send us pictures showing permanent stains on the seat fabric or small/superficial scratches, small rust spots, or barely visible dents.
Please immediately report any damage for which you are responsible.
