What should I do if I’m going to be late returning the vehicle?
As soon as you realize that you won’t be able to return the vehicle on time, check the app to see if you can extend your reservation. If the vehicle is available for the additional time you need, this is the easiest way to adjust your trip.
If that’s not the case, call us immediately so our team can try to resolve the situation. Contacting us right away will help us minimize the impact on the next users.
