Can co-members continue to use the service if the primary account holder cancels their membership?

No. If you are the primary account holder (the “responsible member” as defined in the Membership Contract), and you cancel your membership, the people linked to your account as co-members will no longer be able to use the service.

To avoid a disruption in their access to the service, we recommend you notify your co-members in advance so that they can register as individual members.
