How does reserving a round-trip car work?

Our round-trip cars can be reserved up to a month in advance. Making a reservation is easy:

  • in the mobile app (or in your online account accessible from your branch’s website), select the start date/time and the end date/time for your trip;
  • click on “Options” if needed, to filter your vehicle selection;
  • click “search”;
  • select the nearest station where there’s an available car that meets your needs.

Then all you need to do is make your way to the car at the selected time and start your trip.

Last-minute booking tips and tricks

Have you heard of the “reservation grid“? This is a useful tool for last-minute bookings, as it lets you know the exact start and end dates/times for all the vehicles in a station or selection of stations. This allows you, if you have some flexibility, to adjust your selection to squeeze in between bookings.

Only reservations starting within the next 72 hours give access to this tool.

To access the reservation grid in the app, click on the icon of a station where you can’t find vehicles after running a search (grey icons), then click on “View other availability”.

This tool is also available in the reservation web environment accessible via your online account. Simply check the box to “SHOW RESERVATION GRID” before clicking on “Show available cars”.
