What do I do if there’s a problem with the vehicle during my trip (e.g. accident, flat tire, mechanical issue)?
If you encounter a problem with the vehicle, please pull over to a safe location and contact our customer service team immediately.
There are no charges for calls related to vehicle problems or emergencies.
If you need roadside assistance, our team will arrange it for you. In such cases, you’ll usually be asked to remain at the location while waiting for help, just as you would with your own vehicle.
